Teck Lun joined McKinsey & Company Singapore as an Associate Partner and Vice President, Major Projects in Capital Projects and Infrastructure Practice. He co-leads McKinsey's contributions to mega project client engagements, developing solutions and building capabilities as an impact-oriented problem solver. He works with both private and public sector project owners and contractors in real estate and infrastructure projects, by adopting project value improvement principles and tools as well as supporting their capability building initiatives geared towards project delivery excellence. He holds a Global EMBA from INSEAD, MSc (Civil) from NUS, and BEng (Civil) from UWA. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore, MICE Chartered Engineer and MIEAust Chartered Professional Engineer. In his 28 years of global practice, he has been actively involved in projects spanning various geographies. These include Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, United Arab Emirates and Azerbaijan.
