As a HR Leader, who is passionate on impacting people and business positively, Eric always ensures that HR is relevant to the business’ needs. His 25 years of HR career spans across several multinational companies such as Shell, Monsanto, Cargill, Schaeffler and Boston Scientific, and has held roles in local, regional, and global teams before joining Woh Hup as the Group HR Director. In the last 2.5 years in the BE sector, Eric has achieved several accomplishments, most notably leading a 120 pax self- swab team in 2020 (performed 60,000 swabs) and pioneering the India hotel quarantine for the sector in 2021 (6,400 migrant workers brought in so far).
