Khoo Jyh Hao has led an impressive career as an Civil Engineer and Entrepreneur in his 20 years servicing the construction industry. Since 2008, he holds the directorship of the Singapore based Specialist Contractor ‐ Utracon Overseas Pte Ltd, which specialises in post‐tensioning, precasting, bridge specialist works and system formwork. Playing a major role in growing and internationalising the company, he has helped the company to establish strong foothold in 8 other countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia and East Africa. Jyh Hao graduated with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Master of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. While pursuing his career, his passion for knowledge has earned him another Master Degree, i.e. MSc (Sustainable Building Design) from the University of Nottingham. Visionary about sustainability and digitalisation in business, he led his firm to win the Top 3 of the prestigious E50 awards in Singapore.
