Man Hon is currently the Director of Procurement Policies Department in the Building and Construction Authority, Singapore. His department looks after the construction procurement policies for Singapore public sector. These cover registration of contractors and consultants, tender evaluation frameworks, standard contract forms, Security of Payment legislation and also widening the adoption of collaborative contracting in Singapore.
