Mr. Tan Chee Kiat oversees the full spectrum of engineering design for the development of JTC’s industrial building and infrastructure works. His portfolio also includes the design and project management of reclamation works. Concurrently, he is covering as Director of Future of Building and Infrastructure Division (FBI), where he leads the collaboration and partnerships for the research and development projects in the areas of sustainability and robotics and automation (R&A); and the adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery in JTC Projects. He is also overseeing JTC’s sustainability efforts. As part of the Whole- of-Government’s efforts to champion greater adoption of R&A solutions in the built enviroment by the public sector, the Robotics and Automation Implementation Committee (RAIC) has been formed. Chee Kiat currently co-chairs two workgroups under RAIC.
