Natalie joined Cushman & Wakefield as General Counsel for Asia-Pacific in November 2015. She was promoted in July 2018 to Chief Legal & Commercial Officer, APAC. In this role, Natalie was responsible for the legal, risk and compliance functions for the Asia-Pacific region and the region’s merger and acquisition activity. In her commercial role, she was responsible for ensuring the proper management of the company’s contract and commercial risk. In April 2020, Natalie became the Managing Director of C&W Services, overseeing the business operations and delivery of Facility Management, Property Management, Building Engineering Solutions, and Energy & Sustainability services to clients in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Natalie leads a team of more than 2,200 employees to provide essential services that support institutional buildings, commercial offices, industrial sites, retail malls, townships, infrastructure, sports venues, and R&D facilities. She is a non- executive director of SportsHub Pte Ltd, which oversees the Singapore SportsHub – a public, private partnership project with Sports Singapore.
