Singapore has rolled out the fourth edition of the Singapore Green Building Masterplan (SGBMP), as part of our continuous efforts to lower the built environment’s carbon footprint and provide healthy, liveable and sustainable living spaces for all. The SGBMP, jointly developed by the Building and Construction Authority and the Singapore Green Building Council in partnership with industry stakeholders, outlines three sustainability targets for Singapore’s built environment for the next decade. The Built Environment Accelerate to Market Programme (BEAMP) plays an important role in building a vibrant innovation ecosystem for the BE sector. The programme aims to fast track the innovation process by providing a platform for innovators and industry professionals to come together and develop solutions to address the challenges faced by the sector.
BEAMP returns this year, seeking new solutions in three key areas that will help transform in the transformation of the BE s...ector – automation and robotics; advanced design and fabrication methods; and advanced construction materials.
Submit your proposals by 8 March 2021 and stand a chance to pitch your solutions at IBEW 2021. Awarded innovators will gain access to funding support as well as mentorship, co-development and test-bedding opportunities!
