Tahir Foundation Connexion
The five-storey green building which will add over 8,600m2 of teaching-and-learning space to SMU’s city campus adopted hybrid structural system of Mass Engineered Timber (floor slabs), structural steel frames (beams and columns), prefab façade (external wall) and installs prefabricated MEP modules for its M&E services.
Designed to achieve BCA Green Mark (Platinum) certification, the first On-site Net Zero Energy Building in the city is self sustainable with its own power generated from the photovoltaic system within the building
Soilbuild Prefab Innovation Hub
Singapore’s latest completed Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hub, featuring highly mechanised production of precast concrete components.
The condominium development adopted advanced construction technology – Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) and is accorded BCA Green Mark (Platinum).
You will hear from the project team on their learning journey on the adoption of PPVC, experience the live hoisting of the module and see the interior finishes of the prefabricated modules.

Crowned Building of the Year at World Architecture Festival 2018 and accorded BCA Green Mark (Platinum), the Singapore’s first integrated vertical kampung (11-storey complex) fuses the collective efforts of seven government agencies, innovative integration of public housing for seniors with eldercare, childcare, healthcare and wellness facilities, amidst a lush green environment with Universal Design features.
The inclusive and well-connected community hub has also injected greater vibrancy into Woodlands Town.

Designed by world-renowned architect Moshe Safdie, a key vision for Jewel Changi Airport is to be a multi-dimensional lifestyle destination at Changi Airport. The concept for Jewel stems from an extension of Singapore’s reputation of being a City in a Garden. It is also a juxtaposition where a park and a marketplace are situated side by side. Linked to Terminals 1’s arrival hall and via pedestrian bridges to Terminals 2 and 3, Jewel aims to bring a new travel and leisure experience to the passengers of the airport.
Jewel contains a wide range of lifestyle offerings that will draw and excite visitors, including one-of-a-kind attractions, over 280 shopping and dining outlets, the world’s tallest indoor waterfall, verdant landscaping, a 130-room cabin hotel and airport facilities.

Led by People’s Association, the Singapore’s largest integrated community and lifestyle hub bring together multiple agencies/stakeholders and offer a comprehensive range of services and facilities.
