To support and inspire our future talents, IBEW is pleased to offer a special rate of S$90 for students to attend the 3 days conference. This cost for students is heavily subsidised by IBEW Future Talent Sponsors:

PLEASE NOTE

  • Student ticket of S$90 is subject to prevailing GST.
  • The Student pass is only valid for full-time tertiary students.
  • All sessions are conducted face-to-face; there is no online sessions.
  • Email used to register for the Student Pass must be under a valid student email from the respective institution.
  • Proof of student pass may be requested on an ad-hoc basis upon Organiser’s sole discretion.
  • Dress code is Business, no coat and no tie; bermudas and sandals are strictly not allowed.

Yes, the IBEW Conference offers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and/or Continuing Education & Training (CET) to keep industry practitioners at the forefront of developments in the built environment.

After purchasing your IBEW conference pass, you will be notified to fill up a form indicating your membership details. This form is available in August 2024. When you are at IBEW conference, do ensure that your Pass is being scanned for each session at the entrances.

The 3-day IBEW conference aims to get you ready for the future challenges, inspire you to think from a fresh perspective and open your mind to new possibilities.  The key area of discussions are Construction Automation, Project Case Studies, Digitalisation, Modern Methods of Constructions (MMC), Regenerative Architecture and Sustainability. 

1.  Who will issue the invoice?

The invoice will only be issued by co-organiser, RX Singapore, under the invoice billing name of RELX(Singapore) Pte Ltd.

To setup vendor onboarding for RELX(Singapore) Pte Ltd, to request for verification or request for additional supporting documents, please write in to [email protected].

The invoice will be issued upon completion of registration to the confirmation email.

2. What kind of payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards (VISA & Mastercard only), bank transfer and Vendors@GOV.

For credit card payment, your bank statement will reflect the successful transaction purchase under RX Singapore.

For bank transfer and Vendors@GOV payment method, please arrange for payment within 7 working days upon invoice issued.

Entry into the Conference is subjected to full payment of the pass(es).

1. Dress code for the conference

Delegates are encouraged to come without suit and tie as the venue's air conditioning will be set to a comfortable temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, as part of our effort towards greener future.

2. Getting to the venue

We encouraged all delegates to take public transport to the venue, to contribute to a sustainable future.  However, if you are driving, you may redeem a concessionary parking coupon of $8.64 (flat rate) for parking between 7am to 11.59pm, Monday to Friday. Simply present your IBEW pass at Level 1, MICE Service Centre which opens from 8am to 6pm. 

ADMISSION POLICY

  • Admission is by registration and strictly for trade and business visitors only. A valid admission pass is required to access the conference. Passes are non-transferable and must be displayed prominently at all times.
  • Delegates who are not appropriately attired (i.e. ripped jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, beach sandals, etc) will be refused admission.
  • Minors below the age of 18 will not be admitted, regardless of whether they are accompanied or not.
  • Treat all individuals with respect. There is zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination or bullying. 
  • Smoking is prohibited in the conference rooms at all times.
  • The Organisers reserve the right to refused admission to anyone who is unable to comply with the admission requirements. 
  • You may be photographed, audio recorded and video-recorded at the various events under IBEW. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you (“Materials”) and the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the Materials in all marketing and communication materials in any media by BCAI, RX Singapore, our affiliates. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any materials, including any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RX Singapore, its affiliates and/or representatives. All intellectual property rights to the Materials shall be reserved by BCAI and RX Singapore, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with their use, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
